of commerce and culture. Kenya is renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty, including the Great
Rift Valley, Mount Kenya, and numerous national parks and reserves, such as the Maasai Mara,
Amboseli, and Tsavo, where visitors can witness the famed "Big Five" – lions, elephants, buffaloes,
leopards, and rhinoceros.
Additionally, Kenya's coastal region along the Indian Ocean boasts picturesque beaches and the
historic city of Mombasa, reflecting the country's diverse cultural influences, including Swahili,
Arab, and European.
Tourism plays a significant role in Kenya's economy, drawing travelers from around the world to
experience its wildlife safaris, adventure activities, and cultural immersion.
Objectives
Business Council
To promote bilateral trade between India and Kenya To boost businesses of all the sectors, particularly MSMEs, and create business opportunities To promote businesses of all sizes across the two countries Establish business to business and people to people contact Create tie-ups amongst chambers of commerce and have businesspeople as part of this council.
Cultural Council
To promote cultures and exchange ideas and values through this council Facilitate cultural exchanges in the form of music, dance, history, artifacts, exhibitions, expos and even through online mediums Create opportunities for student exchanges, training and courses to promote cultural relations between India and Kenya To promote artists through shows, exhibitions, etc. either in person or through online mediums.
